1. Corporate HRBP
a. Key Responsibilities include – Employee Lifecycle management (hiring, onboarding to exit formalities); Performance Management System (annual and confirmation) KPI identification
Experience in SPINE HRMS mandatory
b. Experience and CTC – 4-5 years’ experience, CTC 4.5-5 La
2. Talent Acquisition
a. Key Responsibilities include – end to end Talent identification; screening CVs through Naukri, LinkedIn; aligning interviews and offer negotiations.
b. Experience and CTC – 1-3 years’ experience, CTC 2-2.5 La
Candidates may have to travel depending on exigencies to store locations in Tier 2-3 cities as well
